Personnel

SIK currently has a staff of five researchers with qualifications in history, anthropology, political science, psychology and theology. SIK researchers have extensive experience in research and teaching on issues ranging from interculturalism, development issues, reconciliation and human rights Cultural competence derives from years of living in African countries and SIK researchers speak French, English, Spanish, Fulani, Malagasy and German. If needed, SIK can draw upon a database of persons with specific expertise in countries, subjects or languages.
